First trip to Grammie Baby's house!

What a great day! Sunday Cam, Cecia & Jack all ventured out for their first trip to our house. We had a nice quiet family dinner and all enjoyed holding Jack. I captured this photo with his eyes (half) open. This pictures totally cracks me up. It is a carbon copy of a baby picture Cameron has we lovingly refer to as his "pirate picture." I am loving this new phase of our lives. Grandkids really are what makes life GREAT!

Waiting... waiting... waiting... and waiting... and finally after

42 hours of Labor Jack was finally here.

Much to her dismay, we all gave Cecia lots of encouragment

reminding her to.........."Say Eight! Say Eight!"

Our beautiful baby is finally here! Jack Cameron Ferrin arrived at 5:40 am Monday May 12th. He weighed in at 6 lbs 15 oz and is 19 1/2 inches long. After 42 hours of labor, (yes 42), he was delivered by C-section. Cam & Cecia did great and handled everything really well. We are so proud of them and so thankful for the safe arrival of Jack!
